Our Focus - Wright Way is focused on doing a straight forward and ethical visual inspection aligned to the standards of practice provided by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Years of exposure to both residential and industrial building requirements has provided a broad knowledge of building industry standards. In addition, experience as a systems auditor has inherently provided the training necessary to comprehend standards requirements, audit to them, and report findings accurately and promptly. Since 2009, Yale has fulfilled the role of Wright County’s Planning and Zoning director. Carrying public service responsibilities further, he completed a season as the county’s environment health sanitarian.
